1. How Much, How Often.
Intu-Flow can be done in as little as 8 minutes. If you are ambitious and want to see major strides in releasing tension in your body, going everyday, twice a day is certainly doable. Otherwise set a number that allows you to consistently do it. For example start with 3 days a week and gradually work your way up to once a day.
It is also a very effective dynamic full body warm-up prior to exercise or physical activity, as well as active recovery (after an event or well earned adventure).
2. Scott Sonnon’s Intu-Flow Longevity System
Intu-Flow has 4 levels. The first level (Beginner) was released on Youtube so anyone could get started.
- The first 2 videos go over important principles and theory.
- The middle 3 videos are the routine itself, from head to toe.
- The final video is a little extra should you feel so inclined

4. Intu-Flow Follow Along Video.
After a few years of teaching Intu-Flow and sharing the above resources, one of the biggest challenges for people is learning the material (and finding the time) to make it a regular part of their lives. So I created a follow along. No instruction. Just a visual follow along to assist the process.
Don’t use this soley on it’s own. It is still important to understand the fine details to get the greatest benefit. However, if you still need the video, but don’t have the time to go through the original instructions every day, this follow along will help the transition while making it easier to continue doing it consistently.
