You’ve been waiting, you’ve been searching, you’ve been wanting to make the leap. And now you have that platform from which to do so. Here we redefine “Fitness” and what that means in your life.
In a Nutshell…
1. First off, we want to lay the foundation.
To make any forward progress, it requires:
- consistent action (no matter how small at first), for action is the steed that carries you to epic horizons
- continued support (we are by nature, social creatures after all. Well okay, maybe some of us aren’t “social” per say, but we all do crave and derive energy from a connection in one form or another.)

2. Diving a Little Deeper
Now that you’re moving along, ensuring that results will unfold before you, you can take some time to understand more of the nuts and bolts behind the Evolution.

- Oh yeah, and about that…. fitness guy….that makes the movies, talks to himself, lets you see him stumble through his personal training sessions; who shares the achievable steps to this rarely accessed path to living your healthiest, most vibrant life; who challenges you, dares you, believes in you.
3. Populating the Colors of Your Palette
As you’re ready to expand upon the spark of inspiration and the light of blossoming transformation, you can start to apply greater degree’s of new movement, to open up increasing avenues for growth. Remember:
- while we are not only “getting in shape”, but rather creating a complete life evolution, it doesn’t mean we get all philosophical and heady.
- The desire, good intentions and vision are key to giving us a direction to move in. But it is our feet, grounded in action, that will carry us there.
- We develop an intimate connection with that action through the movement of muscle and the sincerity of sweat.
I have provided (and will continue to provide) a wide array of non-traditional exercises (important to the process at Dare To Evolve) to help you do this. Add them into your existing program or practice them, exploring the beginnings of cracking the seal.
4. “Show me the door, I’m ready.”
“Shane, I don’t need any more time around the outer fringes. I want to start. Now. But where?”
- For some of us, we need some time to…..”freestyle” a bit before being able to step into some structure for a focused period of time.
- For others of us, we thrive best when given the structure first, and then find our intuitive wings from there.
- Depending on where your preferences lie, you have here the structure for when the time is right for you.
