How do I progress with my evolution when everything I know is connected to old means of trying to achieve it?

We disrupt the signal. In jumpstarting the evolution in our life, we need a starting place. As discussed in The Heart of Evolution: 5 Simple Steps to Radically Evolve Your Life” (just over in the sidebar) the physical activity we choose plays an integral role.

By introducing new movement physically, we open the doors to new movement mentally and emotionally. Much of what I have learned and teach is still not common and moves the body through the complete ranges it’s meant to. This not only amplifies your health and fitness results by a gazzillion (yes, that is statistical fact), it creates an environment for:

  • cross brain stimulation
  •  broadening awareness
  • perspective shift
  • release of energetic damming points and stagnation
  • re-invigorate focus

These tutorials will give you a good foundation in both clubbell exercises and dynamic body weight exercises that you can use to get started, as I take you through each movement incrementally. For beginners to advanced.
