I spent the afternoon writing the latest blog post “Healing the Heart Starts Here“, only to arrive on Facebook (to post it there on my page) to a streaming feed of outrage, sadness, thankfulness and disgust.
First and foremost, my sincerest thoughts and prayers to the families in Connecticut, USA and Chenping, China. As a father of 3, I cannot fathom the pain you are feeling right now and my heart goes out to you all.
Now to everyone else: in light of these tragedies, which are 2 among so many more also occurring around the world as we speak, don’t lose another moment.
Feel the emotions you are feeling.
Blaze with the flame that this spark has been a catalyst for.
Don’t allow this connection to the heart of what you really want to see in our world fizzle away.
Don’t fight “THEM”! Fight for what you are meant to bring to this world. Fight to overcome the fear you feel to take that step or the paralysis of an overwhelming sense of helplessness.
DON’T LOSE ANOTHER MOMENT!
