I have been receiving messages saying “Sooooo… it’s the end of April.” : ) There’s been alot of anticipation around the release of Clubbell Flow Evolution and I can’t wait to get this in your hands. From the standpoint of an exercise program that will assist in improving the quality of life, not just in mind and body, but in heart and soul, I can’t get this out quick enough. From a Clubbell training standpoint, this is going to permanently Evolve to the next stage the face of how we train with Clubbells.
The sheer size of this thing, however, has required a little extra time to set everything up to run smoothly. Official details and a definitive launch time to follow later today. Almost there!

That’s an impressive crowd camping there in anticipation outside the Heins mansion! What did you tell them to keep them from rioting? Mind you, they all have their clubs at the ready!
What is this? We should have evolved by now to feel serenity even in the absence of that announced hurricane? Delaying gratification is good for us? We’ll get double the award if we wait it out?
