FAQ

Seven months ago, I released a program called the Clubbell Mass Evolution. You may have heard of it. Hundreds of people have been using it to get stronger and build muscle.

I’ve gotten alot of people asking what the difference between the Clubbell Mass Evolution (CBME) and Clubbell Hero Evolution (CBHE) is. I want to take a moment to address that right now for ya!

With the Clubbell Mass Evolution, you are looking at an athletic + health-first approach to Muscle Mass building, which is different from most approaches at the moment. Far too often, function and pain-free mobility are sacrificed to get the results. CBME allows us to have both.

With the Clubbell Hero Evolution it is more focused on building attributes. You’ve got a Strength component, Metabolic Conditioning component, dynamic body weight movement and tension release component. These all combine to build up to your final month so you can crank it out for maximum transformation.

While CBME has a greater volume of Clubbell variations, CBHE incorporates more access to movement potential so you can gain greater access to the attributes you develop. That being said CBHE is composed of almost all new Clubbell combo’s unique from CBME (including a couple you’ve never seen before), to hit your body from a different angle. Combine it with the protocol’s included and you’ll be training clubbells in a way not previously tapped in to. It pack’s quite a wallop.

  • CBME: think big and strong.
  • CBHE: think strong, fast, powerful and agile.….oh yeah, and ripped.

Clubbell Hero Evolution is a great introduction if it’s your first time training with Clubbells. It’ll provide a fresh look and added depth if you are an old hand at it. And it is the perfect follow-up if you had previously trained with CBME, building on and capitalizing on the results gained with that program.

Whether you train with one or the other or both, wishing you all the best in your continued journey to living your utmost vibrant life. Looking forward to hearing about your progress, as the messages from folks who have trained or are training with CBME, continue to pour in.

Simply? Shorthand.

CBME = Clubbell Mass Evolution

CBHE = Clubbell Hero Evolution
