  1. What you are talking about are the waves of intensity as taught by CST, right?

    Can’t intuitive training be applied to any program? I try to apply this concept to my martial arts training and strength training and so far, it’s working good.

    • Alain, that’s exactly what I’m talking about. That’s where I learned to get a better handle and understanding on the natural waving of our energy. And subsequently have felt and experienced the truth of it.

      And intuitive training as such can be applied to ANY program. In fact I would argue it should be applied to ALL training, to make the greatest progress and derive the maximum benefit. But many don’t know how to apply it. Takes time to understand it (or having access to the resources that explain it). P90X does not have any kind of waving intensity in it or provide a blueprint for those using the program to apply to themselves. I went thru the first 2 weeks in the manner that P90X promotes so i was experiencing what everyone else was in those first two weeks. Since then however, while still going thru the whole program, I’m waving my intensity (as I’d mentioned) to make it more manageable and feeling much better for it.
