  1. I’m always amazed at how subtle the program works the body. Like when you go to perform a task with your body and you have this new found control over your muscles you never had before. Due to the core activation Clubbell Mass Evolution requires your really going to notice when you do other activites like Running Martial Arts. I still need to go to the driving range and see if I can hit the Golf ball long like a Pro. lol.
